Wizards of the Coast hosted a special PAX West panel for the full debut of Magic: The Gathering | Marvel’s Spider-Man.
This new set is launching on September 26, 2025, It brings Marvel’s Spider-Man and his most infamous foes and friends into Magic: The Gathering. With Spider-Heroes from across the Marvel Universe coming to Magic: The Gathering, there’s something for every fan of Marvel’s beloved web-slinger.
During today’s panel, fans in attendance were given a sneak peek at some of the spectacular cards coming to the set and exclusive details, including:
- An exclusive look at the Villains in the set including Venom, Green Goblin, Dr. Octavius and the Sinister Six
- Showcase Scene cards, which combine to form a stunning scene that looks like it came straight out of a comic book
- Art from iconic Spider-Man comic source material by artists such as Jack Kirby, Todd McFarlane, John Romita Sr., Mike Zeck & Bob Mcleod and more featured on cards inspired by iconic characters
- The Infinity Stones are coming to Magic: The Gathering. Fans can find one of these, The Soul Stone, in Magic: The Gathering | Marvel’s Spider-Man. There are three versions of the card that appear in the set
- New mechanics and ways to play such as Pick-Two Draft
- Borderless costume change cards
