Mario & Luigi: Brothership has launched on Switch.
The iconic brothers have returned in an island-hopping RPG. They will set sail on the high seas as they explore islands, experience action-packed encounters and tackle turn-based combat in the first brand-new adventure in the Mario & Luigi RPG series since 2015.
Originally unified under the mighty Uni-Tree, the world of Concordia now lies fractured into many scattered islands. After arriving unexpectedly, Mario and Luigi set out to reconnect the islands and track down the cause of the disaster. Together they visit, explore and quest through a variety of different islands, ranging from tropical rainforests to bustling cities. Over the course of their journey, the two brothers will meet helpful new friends like Connie and Snoutlet (who is definitely not a pig) and encounter familiar characters from the Mushroom Kingdom like Peach, Bowser and more.
To reconnect Concordia, players will need to harness the power of Mario and Luigi’s brotherly bond. In a dynamic twist on turn-based combat, where well-timed attacks, dodges, and counterattacks are key to defeating foes, players can take advantage of powerful Bros. Attacks to dish out double-team damage.
Seems pretty fun!
