PlayStation Plus February update: Assassin’s Creed, LEGO, and a whole lot of Tales

We’ve got the list of PlayStation Plus new arrivals for February 2024, with Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, The Outer Worlds, a couple of LEGO games, and a whole lot of Tales JRPGs in the mix.

The games will join the PS Plus Game Catalogue and Classics Catalogue on February 20 (but usually quite late in the evening for New Zealand—time zones, y’know). The Game Catalogue is available to PlayStation Plus Extra and Deluxe subscribers, while the retro-focused Classics Catalogue is exclusive to Deluxe.

There’s a mix of PS4, PS5, and cross-gen games in the lineup. All are playable on PS5, and aside from a couple of PS5 exclusives (marked as such in the list below), most are playable on PS4 as well.

    Here’s the full list:

    Game Catalogue (Extra, Deluxe)

    • Assassin’s Creed Valhalla
    • LEGO Worlds
    • LEGO Jurassic World
    • Need for Speed Unbound (PS5 only)
    • The Outer Worlds: Spacer’s Choice Edition (PS5 only)
    • Roguebook
    • Rogue Lords
    • Tales of Arise
    • Tales of Zestiria

    Classics Catalogue (Deluxe)

    • Jet Moto 2 [PS1 emulation]
    • Resistance: Retribution [PSP emulation]
    • Tales of Symphonia Remastered
    • Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition

The Monthly Games for February—Foamstars, Steelrising, and Rollerdrome—are already available for PlayStation Plus members in all tiers. They need to be claimed before March 4, but once added to your account, they’re there to download and play for as long as you have an active subscription.

By contrast, the Game Catalogue and Classics Catalogue are a more typical subscription model. You can play the games only while they’re included in the collection, and lose access to any titles that leave (unless you’ve bought them separately, of course).
