Burger Tokens Perfect Fit Deckboxes Review

As I have journeyed with Magic the Gathering, one little problem has occurred. I have shitloads of cards. How do you store and sort them all? What about the decks you have ready to play? How do you keep them in a way that’s easy to use and pull out as needed? Well, I picked some up to try them out, and since then, I have been using them more and more.

So what are Burger Tokens Perfect Fit Deckboxes?

The deckboxes themselves are made from 12mm plastic, so they are thin and flexible. This is OK, as I don’t use them loose in my bag. Instead, they are used inside a longer storage box, and so the soft, flexible plastic is never an issue.

They come flattened and are super quick to fold into the shape of the box. This is yet another big benefit of the thin plastic, as they don’t take up heaps of space while they are waiting for you to drop far too much money on yet another MTG or FNB set release.

The other massive benefit they provide is the variability in sizes. You can get them anywhere from 15 cards through to 100 card sizes, so you can use them for sorting all kinds of different cards. I have loaded up my Commander decks in the 100 card boxes, and there is enough space to squeeze some tokens in. They are perfect.

On top of this, they come in sleeved and unsleeved options. They both fit MTG cards perfectly, as written in the description. Want to have a land station with stacks of unsleeved land cards sorted into type? Want to have your fully-sleeved commander deck ready to play? Done.

They are absolutely perfect for using with your jumpstart packs in a 22 card box, your standard decks in a 60-card box, your commander decks in a 100-card box, and for a cube, you can slot 15 cards in. The versatility is kind of insane.

But what about getting them to Aotearoa?

If you spend over $50USD, you get free shipping to New Zealand. That means you need to buy a few at once, but at 21 bucks for a pack of 10, you can buy five packs in different sizes and have yourself lined up for ages for under 100 bucks. That’s kind of insane.

    So should you get them?

I use Burger Tokens Perfect Fit Deckboxes for everything. They aren’t the best way to store if you plan for them to bounce around in your bag, but as an inner storage, they are amazing. I can throw my tokens in a smaller box and my decks in the right size box. Then slap them in either a MTG bundle box, and I’m good to take my decks on the road.

Best of all, being completely clear means you commander can sit at the front and you can sort them on your shelf or in your outer case brilliantly. I bloody love these boxes.

    10 Hell Yeah!

No frills, simple, useful boxes. Best of all cheap and super practical.
