The PlayStation Portal remote player is releasing later this year. Pricing has been announced for a bunch of countires but not NZ yet.

In case you forgot, this beastie will stream from your PS5 over WiFi. So that means you can jam your PS5 games in bed, the bath, or anywhere you have WiFi access.

It includes the key features of the DualSense wireless controller, including adaptive triggers and haptic feedback. It also has an 8-inch LCD screen which is capable of 1080p resolution at 60fps.

Naturally PS VR2 games, which require the headset, and games that are streamed through PlayStation Plus Premium’s cloud streaming, are not supported.

Along with this announcement we saw the Pulse Elite wireless headset & Pulse Explore wireless earbuds.

No more info on release dates or prices at this stage.
